By purchasing from CompaniesDataProvider.in you agree to the terms below. Please read them before ordering.
You are buying a one-time licence to a compiled business database delivered as an Excel file. You are not buying exclusivity — the same dataset may be licensed to other customers.
You are responsible for ensuring your own outreach complies with TRAI, DND and any other regulation that applies to your campaigns.
Business contact data changes constantly. We compile from public and licensed sources and target 70–80% contact accuracy. We do not warrant 100% accuracy, completeness or fitness for a specific commercial outcome.
Files are delivered digitally by email, normally within minutes of payment confirmation. No physical media is shipped.
Prices are quoted per list or per bundle and confirmed in writing before payment. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the dataset in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or campaign costs.
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase is the version that applies to it.
