Terms and Conditions

Scope of Services

We provide professional app development services tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. All standard projects are expected to be completed within 30 days from the official project start date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Any additional features, revisions, integrations, or services requested outside the original project scope may result in additional charges. Such services will be discussed separately and documented through an additional agreement or quotation.

Payment Terms

Clients are required to make full payment before the commencement of the project unless an alternative payment arrangement has been agreed upon.

We accept payments through secure and approved payment methods. All payments made for services are non-refundable. In the event the client decides to terminate the project before completion, no refund will be provided for the work already initiated or completed.

Intellectual Property Rights

Upon successful completion of the project and full payment, all intellectual property rights related to the developed application, including copyrights, trademarks, and design ownership, shall belong exclusively to the client.

We do not claim ownership of the final application, source code, branding materials, or any associated project assets developed specifically for the client.

Confidentiality

All information shared during the course of the project will be treated as strictly confidential. We are committed to protecting client information and will not disclose, distribute, or share confidential materials with any third party without prior written consent.

Confidential information may include:

  • Business strategies

  • Project requirements

  • Technical documentation

  • Financial information

  • User data

  • Marketing plans

  • Operational processes

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information exchanged throughout the duration of the project.

Warranties and Liability

We guarantee that the developed application will substantially conform to the specifications and requirements approved by the client before development begins.

While we strive to deliver high-quality and secure solutions, we are not responsible for:

  • Third-party service failures

  • Hosting issues

  • Platform policy changes

  • External software conflicts

  • Client-side misuse of the application

Our total liability for any claim, loss, or damages related to the provided services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice to the other party.

Upon termination:

  • The client will be responsible for payment of all completed work and services rendered up to the termination date.

  • Any pending deliverables may be withheld until outstanding payments are cleared.

  • Confidentiality obligations will continue even after termination.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the relevant jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute or disagreement arising from the services provided:

  1. Both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mutual discussion and mediation.

  2. If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes may be resolved through legally recognized arbitration procedures.

Both parties agree to act in good faith to resolve disputes efficiently and professionally.

Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the complete agreement between both parties and supersede all prior discussions, communications, agreements, or understandings related to the services provided.

Any modifications or amendments to this agreement must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.

Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue the use of our services.

We are committed to protecting the privacy, security, and personal information of our clients, customers, and users. This Data Protection Policy outlines how personal data is collected, used, stored, and protected.
