Every list is available as a free sample before purchase. The sample is drawn from the same file you’ll receive, so it is the correct point to judge quality, structure and fit. We strongly recommend requesting one before paying.
Because databases are delivered digitally and can be copied on receipt, orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once the file has been delivered. This is standard for digital data products.
In these cases we will re-deliver a corrected file, substitute an equivalent list, or refund the amount paid — your choice.
Contact us via our contact page within 7 days of delivery with your invoice number and a description of the problem. We respond within one business day.
If you cancel after payment but before the file is delivered, you receive a full refund. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
